Exporting
Avi's from Premiere:
This
page tells you how to EXPORT YOUR MOVIE From Premiere as
an AVI with a smaller screen size
Open
your project in Premiere
then
SELECT
FILE>EXPORT TIMELINE>MOVIE

Then
You need to change the Export Settings -

Click on the Settings Button
VIDEO:
Select the VIDEO Option from the Drop Down Menu at the Top
Set
the the Screen size
Beyond
TV recommends you make 2 files - one should be at 320 pixel
width for use in CD roms and Broadband internet connection

Another should be at 240 width for dial up and ISDN connections.

COMPRESSION AT THIS STAGE!!

AUDIO

AGAIN
DON'T COMPRESS THE AUDIO NOW.
Finally
select de-interlace from the "SPECIAL" option

CLICK
OK
THEN
OK AGAIN
Then
Give the file a name.
And
then Wait while the file is exported - this may take some
time and the file is going to be LARGE! About 400 meg a
Minute.
Make sure you have space on your harddrive before you attempt
to to this ...
ONCE
You Have the FILE on your HARD DRIVE you can move on to
the help files on creating DivX files or Real Media Files.

create DivX files you need the divx
codec , the mp3
codec and a application to encode your AVI files like
Virtual
Dub.
