How
the mailing list will work-
In
the UK, our heroes in this department are Schnews. They
consistently provide quality information that you won't
find elsewhere. They now have a massive mailing list. We'll
have a similar focus to Schnews, with the added twist of
multi-media and music cross-over.
Our
users will have the opportunity to join our mailing list
on just about every page. Once they have joined they'll
have the opportunity to widen or narrow the scope of the
mail outs they receive. Maybe they'll only want to receive
news about certain categories on our web site, or maybe
they'll only want to hear about on-line video/audio news
features.
At
the bottom of each email they receive from us will be a
web address where they can go and alter the categories about
which they receive information from us. They can also choose
to receive all updates as they happen of get a digested
version at the end of the week.

We'll make it easy to join their email list from pages where
they are featured and offer advert-free mailing lists to
