Here are some screen grabs to help you make Vjamm Clips - the basic settings are these - [you can also use other codecs like Mid yud]

video:
general- microsoft avi
compressor- cinepak
frame size- 320x240
frame rate- 25fps
quality 100% depth millions

You should also make sure that there is a key frame every frame to make sure it runs smoothely backwards too.

But if you want help how to get there then get your clip sorted in premiere and here's the way to output it -

File >Export Timeline /Clip >Movie

 

Then click on the settings tab-

then you should select Microsoft Avi from the General Settings-

Then where General is in the Drop down window Click Video from the options and Copy the following options

Then Select Audio from The drop down menu and copy these settings-

That shoud do the trick!
