WHAT THIS WEBSITE CAN DO THAT OTHERS CAN'T

We also thought it might be a good idea to talk you through the best way to make the most of this open publishing site. Unlike a lot of sites on the internet - this space is not designed to sell you any products, although we can make it easier to get hold of hard to find Video. Our speciality is to raise awareness of Underground Media/ Campaign, Music groups, their output and the associated positive projects they're involved in. We prefer it if they are trying to save the world [man].

The Underground is rather like the corporate world in that we try to avoid Fixed, unflexible structures [typified by the State Organisations] . Like an fungus; links, alliances and devellopments occur beneath the surface, and then results pop up into public space for a while, to be enjoyed or suffered by all. The Underground does this because it's cheaper, less boring and you are less likely to get shat on. Corporations do this as you can avoid blame, and financial accountibiliy, i.e - It makes it easier to shit on people.

This lack of permanent and transparent organisational structures creates huge misrepresentation in the mainstream media. They've become so used to regurgitating the government and corporate line, the press releases and media grooming, that they just can't get their heads around real news anymore.

Beyond TV is an open-access media outlet which allows our readers//users recreate the network of links the links between underground groups, individuals, events, projects and artistic output. We don't do all the work for you, BUT, maybe we can show you how to get useful info from this site. So you can begin to join the dots and increase the spiral.
