aims to follow the objectives of an open publishing website - for
details of the ideas behind open publishing have a look at the following

Well
it has to be said that that kind of level of Transparency is hard
to achieve - it can be lot of work if loads of people are using
the site. At the moment we don't really have that much of a problem
as not that many people post to the site.

26/10/02 To Do List-
Redesign of site.
1. remove orange background - try grey instead, as orange looks pukey on some screens.
2. mick to redesign basic layout - remove complicating tables and replace with a very simple template with cell padding.
3. anna to redesign sidebar - using different font placed inside graphics with rollovers?
put process, contact and help on the sidebar as well as search and add to beyondtv, possibly
putting the mailing list box inside the header table.
3. anna and mick to redesign top header table, making simpler and using vector graphics to blend the blue background into 2 shades of grey within the box? or leave black.
21/12/02 To Do List- mostly done by mick
Redesign of site nearly completed.
All structure changed - please download everything from php3
and from pages, and btv.css in root directory which is now the only css used
Also get some new graphics from the images folder.
side bar could do with some jazzing up.
